3-Month Regain Your Energy Programme

Herbal medicine and healthy lifestyle coaching

Support for people with fatigue to improve their energy levels naturally

You’re struggling with fatigue and fed up with feeling tired all the time.

Fatigue is not the same as normal tiredness.  It is being exhausted to the point that it affects your ability to function properly.  When you wake in the morning, you’re still tired, and you feel drained throughout the day.  There may be a point in the day when it feels like you have hit a wall of exhaustion that you cannot push through.  You find it hard to focus and concentrate, and your memory is poor.  Some people describe this as ‘brain fog’.
Being tired all the time is incredibly frustrating and can impact your performance at work, whilst leaving you with little energy for your social life.  You want to improve your energy levels and for the fog of fatigue to lift.  To be able to focus, function, and have enough energy for work and to spend quality time with those you love.
You may suprised to learn that fatigue is one of the most common reasons that people see their GP.  But for many people, blood tests and examinations can’t find anything wrong. So the solutions that their GP can offer are limited. This might ring true for you.  Or, you may prefer a more natural way to support your health.

Why Do You Feel So Exhausted?

We seem to be living in an epidemic of fatigue.  Modern lifestyles are stretching us too far. We have moved further and further from our ability to live in harmony and balance with our natural needs and rhythms.  This includes how we eat, how we sleep, and how we relax.
Many people manage to cope with their high-demand modern lifestyle until something tips the balance.  Most people that I see have been managing so far until something tips the balance.  I commonly see people who are struggling with fatigue as a result of:
  • Sleep problems and insomnia
  • Stress, overwhelm, and burnout
  • Hormonal issues such as menopause or PMS
  • Physiological fatigue caused by lifestyle factors such as overwork or diet
You may have already tried multiple things to help.  Maybe you’ve tried supplements, sleeping pills , or even herbal remedies.  But nothing really gave lasting, meaningful results.  And you’re wondering why this is.
In my experience, there are multiple issues to be addressed. These issues need to be clearly identified and prioritised. So generic approaches aimed at everybody don’t work. The approach must be tailored to your individual needs.

How the Regain Your Energy Programme Works

The Regain Your Energy programme begins with a 90-minute online consultation. During this first consultation, I take an extensive medical history from you.  From there, I create your wellness plan.  You can find out more about the herbal consultation here.

Your wellness plan consists of bespoke herbal remedies to gently support your body, alongside guidance to help you to make effective lifestyle changes. Please see here to discover more about herbal medicine.

We focus on 5 main areas.  These are:

  • Sleep – we look at how well you sleep and how refreshing your sleep is
  • Nervous system balance – we focus on relaxation and stress management.
  • Diet & Nutrition – we assess your diet and make necessary adjustments.
  • A healthy digestive system – this links closely to diet and nutrition. We focus on good digestion and supporting a healthy microbiome (the good bacteria your digestive system needs). Good digestion is essential to obtaining nourishment from your diet.
  • Normal physical function – we work to support normal, healthy bodily function where this is directly impacting your fatigue.

At the end of the programme, you will be able to understand your health more fully and be equipped with actionable knowledge to maintain your health in the long term.

How to Book

The very first step is to book a half-hour free consultation with me.

During this time, we see if the package is right for you, and I may offer some advice. At the end of the consultation, I may recommend this programme or another option. I will advise you to consult your GP for further evaluation if required.

If I do recommend working with me as an option, you are under no obligation to book an appointment. There is no pressure and I want this to feel right for you.

If you have been fatigued for more than 4 weeks, please see your GP first. There are many causes of fatigue. Your GP may order multiple blood tests to thoroughly investigate the cause.

FAQs

Will I feel better after 3 months?
There are never guarantees with healthcare, but you will learn more about how to support your own health and wellbeing.  Within 3 months, most people are starting to feel better.  And it is enough time to really evaluate whether herbal medicine is a good approach for you.  Long-term problems often need more than 3 months but may not need such frequent consultations.  Some people choose to stop taking herbs after 3 months or continue with less frequent consultations.  This will be discussed at the end of the programme when we evaluate your progress and discuss next steps.
Are there any safety concerns with herbal medicine?

Herbal remedies like any other medicine can cause side-effects.  These are usually mild.  Herbs can interact with medications and so I will evaluate any medication that you are currently taking and check for possible herb-drug interactions.

Can I tell my GP?

Yes, you can tell your GP.  Lots of people are quite nervous about this but your healthcare is your choice.  If you are receiving treatment from your GP it is best to tell them about any other treatments you are receiving.  If I feel it is important I may ask your permission for me to your GP.

Can I take herbs if I am taking other medications?

Usually yes.  Some herbs can affect medications that you are taking so it is essential that I am aware of any medications that you take.  The herbal remedy is tailored to your needs with any medications that you are on taken into account.

How do I know that herbs are right for me?

Before I agree to treating you we have a free short online consultation.  I will only offer herbal treatment if I think it is suitable for you.  There are lots of causes of fatigue and I will ask you to see your GP if I think it is necessary.  If you have fatigue that lasts more than a few weeks, is severe, or you also have other symptoms should be evaluated by your GP.  Please see the NHS website for further information.

Can I stop early if I wish?

Absolutely.  You are not obliged to continue on the programme if you feel that it isn’t right for you or your circumstances change.

Do I have to pay everything in advance?

I usually ask people to pay half the cost upfront and the second half after 1 month.  Please do speak to me if this feels difficult for you.
